Analysis
Accompany your teams in their daily work (4-8 hours depending on constellation) Follow-up workshop (4h) with first results and identification of pain points and needs.

Scope Definition
We cluster everything we learned about your teams and your company and suggest possible approaches for you to implement. Teams discuss and agree on the desired changes. (4h preparation and 4h workshop)

Implementation
Accompany the teams during the changes. Introduce tools to support the process and help them to make changes sustainable. (About 6-12 weeks with an 8h support per week)

Refinement
Inspect the results constantly and adapt the scope if necessary.(On demand)
